The 130th anniversary of the universal engineering philosophy. To the coming 110th anniversary of its existence in Russia.
At present the economic reform being carried out in the Russian Federation can not successfully exist without wise engineering decisions. The country needs not so much restructuring property subjects but technical-engineering transforming property objects, utilization and distribution, i.e. «labour tools» and «means of production».Despite the 110th anniversary of the theory, examining correlation of the notions «technique» and «engineering» in the light of philosophical problems of anthropogenic development of property objects in the works of P. K. Angelmeyer, the founder of the Russian engineering philosophy, did not lose its scientific freshness and actuality.
