The rigidity of the pre-stressed columns
Rigidity of preliminary intense designs should be considered as some average characteristic of elastic properties not a material, and designs which rigidity raises due to a preliminary pressure of its elements, prolonging elastic work of a material and by that product indirectly raising rigidity.
