The process of mixing compounds and the analysis of mixing polymeric compounds
The process of mixing compounds consists in two basic operations - compound preparation and mixing a compound with polymerizator. At the first stage it is necessary to create homogeneous suspension by mixing solid loose components in a viscous liquid polymeric matrix, and at the second - it is necessary to receive emulsion by mixing a compound with a polymerizator. The designs of compounds mixers and compounds mixers with polymerizators have been developed. The parameters of mixing process have been investigated. The research conducted allowed to automate compounds developing technology.
