Social-Economic Aspects of Human Resource Management at a Modern Enterprise

One of the fundamental principles of successful human resource management at a modern enterprise, as well as obtaining good final results, is the balanced interaction of both social and economic factors. Attention to the social sphere of production, including human resource management system, results in significant increase in economic indexes of production.
