Financial System Modernization Risks

The tendencies and directions of the Russian financial system transformation during global economic changes are considered. The offers on multipolar economic world formation and positioning of Russia as one of the world financial leaders in midterm perspective are analyzed. The benefits and risks of economic policy of expansion at the international financial markets are estimated.
