Administrative Barriers in Small Business in Khabarovsky Krai: an Experience of the Empirical Description

The article is devoted to the empirical description of administrative barriers in small business. The types of the administrative barriers, mechanism of their functioning, their significance for conducting various kinds of business are considered. The authors have marked out the most typical forms of opposition to the administrative barriers and schemes of such opposition.
