Use of Risk-Management Methods in Trading Networks Management

The world crisis has revealed a weak preparation of the Russian middle and top management for work under conditions of unstable and decreasing demand for the basic goods and services. In the article the basic problems of trading networks management under conditions of uncertainty of conjuncture of the commodity markets are considered. There have been suggested certain solutions of these problems based on use of fundamental principles of risk-management in trade companies functioning on the consumer goods market.
