System of Executive Bodies in the State Administration of Land Recourses: Formation Stages and Development Tendencies
The article is devoted to the questions of organization and function of the federal bodies of authority responsible for realization of land policy in the sphere of land utilization and protection. In the article the organizational measures of the state in the mentioned sphere are described in detail, the formation stages of the system of administration bodies in the sphere of land policy are considered. Also the imperfections of the land resource management system that exist at the present stage of development of land legal relationship are revealed.
