INFLUENCE OF RUSSIA’S JOINING WTO ON DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-REGULATION IN INVESTMENT-CONSTRUCTION SPHERE
The article is devoted to the analysis of condition of self-regulation in the Russian Federation and the comparison of Russian experience with experience of foreign countries. The author makes suggestions for further perfection of self-regulation in construction and necessity to take into account this experience while introducing self-regulation to other branches. In the article the comparison of experience of Japan and Germany in development of self-regulation is given. The comparative analysis of foreign experience with Russian experience of self-regulation in construction allows to conclude about necessity of further perfection of Russian approach to this question and first of all in fuller involving of self-regulated organizations in a process of branch supervision.
