THE METHODS OF FORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY ON THE BASIS OF ASSESSMENT OF ACTIVITY OF COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT

The article describes the methods of formation of organizational strategy, that supplements existing models of portfolio analysis by economic tools and indexes, the basic ones among them are: index of elasticity of market concentration and integrated index of effectiveness of organization resources use.
