MODIFIED CALCULATION OF MOMENTS OF INERTIA FOR FIXED WATER MOLECULES
The article deals with the modified calculation method of numerical values for the radii of the molecular orbitals of particles ╬-2 and ═+, which are part of a water molecule. The authors calculate the molecular moments of inertia of the molecule ═2╬, which is at a free state, fixed to the positively charged surface with its negative pole, and the moments o inertia for the molecule ═2╬ fixed to a negatively charged surface to its positive pole.
