GEOINFORMATION SYSTEM FOR CONDITION ESTIMATION OF TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTIONS DESIGNED FOR TERRITORY PROTECTION FROM FLOODING

The paper deals with problems in organization of the algorithmic support of geoinformation system intended for an estimation of the conditions of and monitoring technical constructions designed for territory protection from flooding and also territories themselves. Special attention is given to questions of obtaining estimation on the basis of control measurements and expert estimations on a uniform metrological basis. Methodical maintenance for ranging technical constructions and territories in view of risk from flooding is considered.
