SIMULATION OF THE FREQUENCY SPECTRA FOR THE ALKALI FLUORIDE ELECTRON POLARIZATION

A model of elastic electron polarization of fluorides is considered that makes it possible to calculate dielectric spectra with a given accuracy and also obtain graphic images of ionic crystal structure. The simulation results of polarization features for materials under discussion are presented.
