KNOWLEDGE AS A CONSTITUENT ELEMENT OF FORMING COMPETITIVENESS OF SERVICES OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The scantiness of educational resources makes it necessary for universities to engage in competition for attracting resources. On the higher education market the basis of competition between universities is provision of high-quality educational services. The process of forming competitiveness of educational services aims at the implementation of basic functions of knowledge. In higher educational activity "knowledge" is the central content of formation of benefits and ability to compete.
