Bureaucracy as a Source of Influence and the Power Machine on the Different Stages of the Society Development

As a form of any organization, the bureaucracy is the most efficient means of getting people to work together on tasks having great importance and complexity. Bureaucratizm is often considered as antisocial phenomenon because people authorized by the state lose contact with the masses and don’t take into consideration their opinions and wishes.
