The interdependence of systems in teaching students as a guarantee of higher education quality

The higher school education as a complex system, the interrelations of subsystems of which provides a mode of its development, is given in this paper. The elements of education system are defined, the interrelations of education training, information systems and a management system in the higher school are shown. The purposes at a strategic and operation level and examples for their realization are given. To achieve effective results new techniques in training and education are developed.
