Economic Evaluation of Loss of Public Health as a Factor of Human Resource Development

The article provides the results of studying quantitative and economic damage caused by untimely mortality among the ablebodied citizens. The research has revealed main diseases of the ablebodied citizens which cause most losses. The authors have elaborated a model of the money distribution to the public health service.
