Design Procedure of Contributions to the Screening from Optical Electrons of Oxygen Anion

Any ceramic material is a composite dielectric. A reliable modeling of polarization characteristics of its individual composites in an elastic electron polarization may be done with a permittivity cybernetic model. We propose a design procedure of contributions to the screening from optical electrons of oxygen anion which are dependent on a cation bound to it. That makes it possible to unify the parametric synthesis of a mathematical model for the elastic electron polarization of composite ceramics.
