Analysis of Tenders for Innovative Projects and Research and Development Projects in Khabarovsky Krai
The state policy on innovative development is directed to rendering financial support to enterprises of innovative type. On the level of federation and in every region tenders for innovative projects and research and development projects are conducted. These tenders are financed by budgets of federal or regional levels of management. Financing of innovative projects allows enterprises to have a successful «start-up» for further innovative development. The analysis of innovative tenders in Khabarovsky Krai has shown that stimulation of innovative activity by a regional government forms positive results in building of innovative system of a region.
