THE PYRAMIDAL-RECURSIVE APPROACH IN CODING/ DECODING SYSTEMS OF NON-STATIONARY SIGNALS OF IMAGES

The method of encoding and decoding non-stationary signals based on pyramidal-recursive splitting of the initial image is considered. Compression is carried out by search of reference points, and restoration by triangulation. Skeleton subsystems diagrams of encoding and decoding on reference points are considered, and also the results of algorithm simulation are qualitatively estimated.
