THE HISTORICAL PAST IN THE CONTEXTS OF PROCEDURAL ONTOLOGY

In the article the ontological and gnoseological characteristics of the historical past are analyzed mainly in respect to influence dynamics of its events on development of procedurally interpreted socio-cultural existence. At the same time continuing interpretation of the past is considered as the mechanism of revealing and actualization of the meanings of event and realization of its causal potential. According to the concept of the article the acts of interpretation and re-interpretation provide dialectical connection between developing socio-cultural situation and historical context.
