FEATURES OF STRUCTURE OF PERSONALITY POTENTIAL OF THE JUDGE: THE RESULTS OF EMPIRICAL STUDY
In the article the phenomenon of personal potential in context of professional activity of the judge is analyzed. Based on the results of empirical study, the structural maintenance of potential of the judge is revealed. The importance of each of the given components of personal potential of the judge in his professional activity is determined. The features and the degree of integration of the components in a structure of judge potential are considered.
