SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO RESEARCH PROBLEMS OF REGIONAL INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX WITHIN METHODOLOGICAL FRAMES OF THE “NEW” ECONOMY

The paper presents the theoretical analysis of the concept of “ICC participant” existing in various schools of thought as well as reviews the criteria of delimiting the description of investment and construction complex. The author comes to the conclusion that the regional ICC is a complicated and multilateral object of scientific research that combines several complex systems (or their components), and as a result forms a new system with properties which are not reducible to the sum of properties of the initial components. Seven lines of study of processes of ICA transformation changes are considered. It’s asserted that any structural transformation in a regional ICC has many organizational, managerial, economic, legal and other aspects that often go beyond the market activity of a single company. Making decisions on these aspects is the basis for transformational change of investment and construction activities that are the driving forces of evolution of the regional ICC forms.

Keywords: investment and construction complex, ICC identification, ICC participant, criteria, transformational changes, industrial economy, knowledge economy.
