Formation of Subjects of Railway Transport Services Market
The effective Charter of the railway transport of the Russian Federation and the cargo carriage practice which has developed during last years enable consignors to carry out transportation in cars belonging to either “Russian Railways”, Ltd. or private operators. Carriage of cargo in private cars is growing stably. In this connection formation of subjects of railway transport services market is of interest in the following aspects: necessity of development and classification of operators.
