Kushniruk N.N. UDZAVA METHOD WITH MODIFIED LAGRANGE FUNCTION FOR SOLUTION PROBLEM ABOUT FLUID FLOW IN INFINITE TUNNEL WITH FRICTION ON BOUNDARY

The article is to devoted semicoercive model problem with friction. Nondifferentiable functional unconditional minimization, arising in a model friction problem is reduced to differentiable functional conditional minimization. A dual scheme, based on modified Lagrangian functional, is used for solution obtained.

The structure of decision taking support system (DTSS) to assess the controllability of bronchial asthma clinical course by results of day peakflowmetry is suggested. On the basis of statistically significant parameters, the subsystems of prognostication through «Medical Toolbox» are developed.

Eremin I.E. Cybernetic theory of polarization of alkali-haloids crystals. I

Considered collection of scientific positions, formed from positions of ideology cybernetic physicists  and  allowing  effectively  describe polarizations characteristic of ion crystals.  The first part of work is devoted to solid geometrical strategy of calculation of parameters of lattices alkali-haloids crystals, based on using the values of their density.

Eremina V.V. Benchmark analysis inertial moments of molecule of water in free and bolted condition

Modified quantum-mechanical strategy of list-thread to single-line combinations of atomic orbitals molecule of water is considered. Given results of calculations of molecular moments of H2O inertias in free condition, as well as for two possible variants its bolted positions, stipulated by charge conjugated surfaces.

Tsitsiashvili G.Sh. PROBABILITY AND DETERMINISTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF RECURSIVELY DEFINED NETWORKS

Algorithms of reliability calculation and a length of shortest closed way through all nodes in recursively defined networks are constructed. These networks are defined by a replacement of all arcs in a generating network by previously defined networks or by a gluing of a previously defined network with a generating network in a single node. Volumes of calculations of listed characteristics in these networks are bounded by linear functions of their arcs numbers.

Amosov O.S., Ivanov S.N., Amosova L.N. THE SYNTHESIS OF THE OPTIMUM CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL HEAT GENERATING COMPLEXES WITH USING FUZZY SYSTEMS

The synthesis of the optimum control systems with using  the technologies of the fuzzy inference for a new class of electromechanical heat generating complexes is considered. The example of the design the fuzzy logic controller with two inputs and two outputs with use of the Mamdani and Sugeno algorithms is given. The modeling results for fuzzy controller are presented.

Ayuyev V.V., Karpukhin P.A. CLUSTER-BASED METHOD FOR THE PARAMETERS EVALUATION AND INCOMPLETE DATA STUDYING IN HECHT-NIELSON NEURAL NETWORK

This work describes the density-based static clustering algorithm for the efficient study of Hecht-Nielson neural network. Some original methods for noise patterns purging, missing values imputation in the training set, and random subsets bisection clustering algorithm for the Kohonen neuron parameters setting were applied.

Goppe G.G., Gerasimov D.О. Energy-saving control of forced-draft mechanisms of boiler units at thermal power stations by the application of electric drive resources

We showed the possibilities of energy-saving control for forced-draft mechanisms of boiler units of thermal power stations such as blow fans and smoke suckers by the reduction of boiler units’ productivity down from nominal. We investigated two variants of energy saving: with application of frequency-controlled electric drive and double-speed induction motor. The payback periods for the above-mentioned variants of energy saving were estimated.
